It’s the only feta I use! Great in my favorite watermelon with feta salad, amazing in roasted feta with tomatoes, and more. It’s bathed in brine which keeps it fresh, and the container seals tightly. You’ll find no better feta!

I had never seen cheese in brine before, so this package surprised me. Then I tasted it. I broke off a chunk with a fork, crumbled it a bit, and sprinkled it over a salad. Then had some with scrambled eggs the next morning. It tastes great! I wondered about the brine, so tasted it, and it was good too. I didn't want to just pour it down the drain, so I tossed half a dozen hard boiled eggs in the container, and I'm letting them pickle. Just ate one of the brine pickled eggs, and it has a wonderful flavor.

I know a lot of people said this is a bland cheese and not really feta, but Greece is not the only country that makes feta and this actually resembles a lot with Bulgarian feta or Romanian (called telemea there). The lack of "tanginess" is from the fact that it's not goat or sheep milk, which is exactly what I like about it.
