Just trying for first time. I wanted something rich (not quite shortbread) and crumbly, easy to bite (unlike the Hawaiian "hardtack" variety that I've been eating since February 2020.) I've enjoyed some other brands off Amazon and will seeking crispy ginger cookies again.

These fill the need for something to ease off an empty stomach with a cup of tea or coffee, which can be killer on my tummy first thing in morning. Good with soy and oat milks. Good for a break. Good for something not too fatening before heading off to sleep.

I'd like the package better if the cookies were in a little tray inside the wrapping, that could slide out. Or they could be in a resealable container. The first cookies I took out broke into pieces. Only a problem due to the very small mess.

I would buy more but three boxes will last awhile as I rotate in other crackers and cookies!
